For the more advanced
M.A. LANGUAGE DIVERSITY [de] ("LaDy", Trailer [de]) with e.g. Baltic Studies as a major or minor. Minor subjects in the LaDy degree course can be studied as new subjects, without any previous subject knowledge.
M.A. HISTORY AND CULTURE OF THE BALTIC SEA REGION ("HiCuBas") with content on the Baltic States and other countries around the Baltic Sea. Various areas of specialisation possible.

Baltic Peripeties: Narratives of Reformations, Revolutions and Catastrophes
Since April 2021, Baltic Studies has contributed to this international Research Training Group (IRTG) of the Universities of Greifswald, Tartu and Trondheim, which explores narrative constructions of the Baltic Sea region through the concept of peripeties. An extensive accompanying programme of lectures and events is open to anyone interested. Further information on the Research Training Group (IRTG) can be found on its homepage.
